I have recently taken over from Lorraine Mearns the ordering of I.A.S.C. kit. Shirley has asked that all squads have the following kit with them at all training sessions. You will notice an additional piece of kit being the ankle bands. Shirley has asked that you purchase one of these – the ankle band holds the feet and ankles together to eliminate kicking and help develop upper body strength during pull/drill sets. You can purchase one of these from myself for £3.00.
