Goal - Competitive physical development peak strength development

Coaching Objectives

          • Improving physical development

           • Increased land opportunities/specific program

           • Specified technical and tactical fitness training

           • Individualised training program

           • Psychological skills

           • Competing at appropriate events

Sessions minimum 6-7 per week

Criteria

          • Attend Open West District and National meets

          • Compete for the club at events if selected

          • Attend the minimum sessions available consistently

          • Show commitment to your training plan

Final decision on squad moves is at the discretion of the coach
